• Violate any applicable laws, including those related to intellectual property, privacy, or obscenity
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dulce provides AI-powered companion characters for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and understand that:

• All characters are fictional: The AI companions on Dulce are not real people. They are AI-generated personas designed for entertainment.
• Content is AI-generated: All text, images, and other content generated by our AI systems may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs.
• No professional advice: AI responses should never be considered as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
• No real relationships: Interactions with AI companions do not constitute real relationships, and the AI cannot form genuine emotional bonds.
• Content moderation: While we implement content filters, AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate content despite our best efforts.

By submitting content to Dulce (including but not limited to chat messages, uploaded images, and profile information), you:

• Retain ownership of your original content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content for the purpose of providing our services
• Confirm that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit
• Agree that your content will be processed by AI systems to generate responses
• Acknowledge that we may retain conversation data for service improvement (see our Privacy Policy)

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or appropriate
• Any defects will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DULCE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any content generated by our AI systems
• Any third-party conduct on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dulce and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the service

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Dulce shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Dulce.
